Data Processing

Our role

For client deployments, Deskon Tech acts as a data processor on behalf of the client, who remains the data controller.

Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, telephony and AI model inference. A current list is available on request and in each Data Processing Agreement.

Data location

Clients choose the hosting region for their data where providers allow, including EU, UK, US and Middle East regions.

Model training

Client data is never used to train public or shared models. Zero-retention API settings are applied wherever supported.

Incident response

We notify affected clients of any personal data breach without undue delay and within 48 hours of discovery.
