Refund Policy

Audits and discovery

Fixed-fee audits are refundable in full if cancelled before kickoff, and pro rata if cancelled during the first week.

Milestone fees are refundable for any milestone that has not started. Completed milestones are non-refundable once accepted.

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Prepaid months not yet started are refunded.
